EMPLOYERING PROJECT

The objective of this project is to boost the income of the migrant and refugee population, helping to build in them the necessary skills both to look for a formal job and to start/improve their own business.

The proposal is to design individual career/professional plans and adjust their learning curves according to what each profile needs, through an intensive program of classes with specialized content, individual mentoring, legal advice and human resources provided individually to the participants of the project.
